YeahPromotion Terms and Conditions

We love internet commerce, and we hope our service will make it easier for everybody, but we will absolutely, positively not tolerate spam using our services.

These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of YeahPromotion and its members. YeahPromotion, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions without notice.

1. Illegal activity: Members may not present YeahPromotion promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by YeahPromotion, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.

2. Third-Party Liability: YeahPromotion will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members or Yeahpromotions harm.

3. Terms and Conditions: YeahPromotion reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

4. License Fee: The monthly fee for the Yeahpromotion Package 17.20 €, non-refundable. The fee will be accounted every 30 days from the users account if there was no cancellation before. The user is responsible to have sufficient funds in his account. With this monthly licens fee are no rights of ownership at any product of YeahPromotion associated.

5. Payment: We Accept payment only through Intgold, Moneybookers, Stormpay and Paypal.

6. Cancellation/Termination: The user can cancel the service at anytime without giving any reason. There is no refund of unconsumed fees. Therefore the products and services can be used the full 30 day period. YeahPromotion will only cancel/terminate a partnership if it’s deemed that the user is operating in conflict with YeahPromotion terms and conditions.

7. Termination by violations: Any user acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of YeahPromotion with all future commissions or products usage forfeited. Any partnerership that is canceled/terminated by Yeahpromotion will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with YeahPromotion. Any positions held in participating programs owned by YeahPromotion will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to YeahPromotion.

8. Relationship: An affiliate, partner or user of YeahPromotion is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of YeahPromotion.

9. Yeahpromotion will pay to affiliates a part of returns out of a Search Engine Marketing Pool. This is a limited offer to boost the succsess of new Partners. YeahPromotion is enabled to repeal this offer at any time. Latest in the case of cancellation of the membership this attendance will end. At no time an affiliate will receive personal rights related to single sites out of this pool. So there could also be no conflict resulting of the publication of this promotion websites related to the affiliates.

10. Disputes: Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws of Germany.

11. Private Information: YeahPromotion will never provide personal information about its users to third parties without the consent of the user unless required by law.

12. Copyright Material: All branding, logos and graphics contained within YeahPromotion are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. YeahPromotion provides their user’s with approved material for marketing within the users area.

13. Damaging Intent: Any user who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to YeahPromotion and or its users will be terminated from YeahPromotion. Depending on seriousness, YeahPromotion may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.

14. UCE/UBE or Spam: YeahPromotion strictly prohibits the use of UCE or Spam. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of YeahPromotion and for the benefit of all its users. Partners proven to be participating in such activities will have their partnership cancelled.

15. Contact Information: It is the responsibility of the user to keep their personal records up to date at the partners area. YeahPromotion will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with a partner may result in the termination of the membership.

16. Tax: The partner is responsible for any and all taxes payable in his resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income the partner will receive either from YeahPromotion or any program promoted via the YeahPromotion program.

17. Local Law: It is the partner’s responsibility not to violate any law of his home country.
